November 10, 2012: SCBWI Member Luncheon 

Pre-registration is required for the Member Luncheon. 

We'll host a free luncheon for our SCBWI members with a wonderful speaker, Peter Jacobi, who will specifically address our published members. Non-members will be allowed to attend for a fee if there is still space available after October 27.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

9:30 - 11:30 am: Autograph Party at 4Kids Books & Toys (4450 Weston Pointe Dr, Zionsville, IN).

Drive to the nearby Zionsville Library (250 North 5th Street, Zionsville, IN) for the Member Luncheon.

Noon - 12:15 pm: Grab a box lunch and a seat.

12:15 - 1:15: Peter Jacobi will speak.

1:15 - 1:45: Break.

1:45 - 2:45: Peter Jacobi will continue his talk.

2:45 - 3:00: Wrap-up and door prizes.

We're offering the Member Luncheon for free to our members in hopes that you'll spend the money that would've paid for your lunch on buying books by our Indiana SCBWI members!

Before the luncheon from 9:30 to 11:30 am we'll host an Autograph Party at 4Kids Books, a nearby bookstore, with our published members signing their new books published in 2011 and 2012. The Autograph Party is open to the public with free snacks; no registration required for the Autograph Party. Help us spread the word about that! The best way to support our Indiana authors and illustrators is to buy their books!
